The Nigeria Ambassadors to the U.K His Excellency Sarafa Tunji Ishola has unveiled his goodies for Nigerians and Visa applicants in the UNITED KINGDOM
The New Nigeria Ambassadors opened up on these good News after inspecting thethe Departments of the High commission on assuming duty with a promise to ease the pains of Nigerians in the U.K with the introduction new strategies aimed at improving service delivery at the Nigeria House in London.
According to Ambassadors Ishola who was a former council Boss,,former Secretary to the ogun state Governments and former Minister of the Federal Government, “visitors ecpected the customer service from us and iam determined to restore the image of the Embassy to the Higher standard during my tenure”
“ihave observed within my few here how between 300 and 400 passport applicants queue up from very early in the morning and that all getget seen by the close of the day “”.
He was of the opinion that there should be no reason why no interaction by our immigration department personnel and those services users should not be a seemless and enjoyable experience adding that for him “it is a good start and it coud be improved “, he said.
In a report by African voice,the mission head of Information,culture and sports in the consular Nurudeen Aliyu _Biu said,Ambassadors Sarafa Tunji Ishola isis determined and eager to see that the services of the Embassy are providing greater value to our clients “.
