Update : NERC bars DisCos from billing disconnected customers, Says Sanusi Garba

Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos) have been barred by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission from billing already disconnected customers. The ban is contained in a March 2023 document by NERC Chairman, Sanusi Garba which our correspondence obtained yesterday.
